A Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Lyon I, Grenoble Hospital Pharmacy Resident, Post Doctorate in Pathology, Master of Business Administration at IAE Paris Sorbonne University, and Health Economics from Medicine University of Paris.
Jean-Charles Brosse has more than 25 years’ experience in sales, product marketing, marketing management and business development in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology and drug-development services.
After 5 years as Sales Representative, Market Research Executive and Product Manager in dermatology, Jean-Charles Brosse joined Intervenance in 1994. He developed contracts involving Business & Marketing assignments, and above all other contracts, in Health Economics for Amgen, in the field of Marketing in order to launch new hormonology products for Organon, and as a Health Economics study director for Lundbeck.
Then he was appointed by Schering AG in 1999 to lead the Multidisciplinary Therapeutic Group in neurology and revitalize the products marketing strategy, in close collaboration with their International Headquarters in Berlin. As regards Betaferon, in the field of Multiple Sclerosis, he set up an innovative strategy creating a national nurses team in particular. As a consequence, the Betaferon turnover more than doubled in three years. Thereafter at Schering, he was appointed Sales Reps Manager in oncology and haematology in France until the end of 2005.
Thanks to his knowledge of the marketplaces and his solid background both, he has developed consulting contracts, in pre-marketing, marketing, corporate strategy and business development including the product sourcing and partnership, for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and diagnostic companies, as well as for consulting companies and research and development services.
Beyond his business orientation, his expertise in launching and managing products and services has given him the strategic, tactical and management sense and skills. Thanks to his ability to work in varied scientific areas and in a multicultural environment, he is able to drive business projects success.
